Rather you will get processing fees and lots of GSTs

Any transaction converted to emi does not get reward points/cashback for most credit cards

Offline spends get 1% so does spends on non amazon merchants

"Emi transactions on and off" seems to be misleading, now it seems to be EMI on amazon spends , whether on Amazon and post doing a transaction at Amazon and then converting it to EMI through ICICI Bank or it just means for all EMI transactions?
Need a confirmation on this only.
Also the below mentioned highlighted points include only charges pertaining to EMI transactions like GST and interest it seems, they don't mentioned anything clearly. Thanks anyways.

EMI transaction at merchant side or post transaction at icici side both does not get reward points

Only thing which you get is processing fees and taxes
200+GST processing fees for merchant side and most likely same post transaction at icici side
