Its been many years now that ICICI Amazon Pay card is there in the market with no rules changed. I think they only got 5-6 rules to calculate cash based on prime/nom-prime status and 1% or 2% or 5% category. I want to know why such big bank still makes wrong calculations and credit any cashback.
For month Oct'22 and Nov'22 I got cashback which is somewhat more to the transactions done in those months. This month statement generated with -119 cashback. I think we have discussed in some posts here that it happens with some APay owners that cashback gets adjusted but in my case it took more than 2 months I think.
With so much digitization, good softwares/technologies, Still ICICI keep doing such mistakes in cashback credit/calculations?
I wonder when will they improve this calculation logic?
