Unless you are already overleveraged (high limit relative to your income) its better to take limit enhancements when offered I feel. Taking this offer now won't prevent future offers.

Just wanted to check whether accepting this meagre 10k won't limit a decent amount of LE in future?

Banks basically evaluate you basis what they know about your financial profile before deciding how much limit to offer you. If you keep spending higher over time, that combined with higher income will lead to future offers.

Usually you can accelerate the process manually by sending your payslips / ITR to the bank's credit card department.

Don't take it. I also got 11k LE 3-4 months ago but i didn't take it on @SSV 's recommendation and today i got a 1.47lac LE.
