Icici bank fixed deposit issue

I booked a fixed deposit today from icici imobile app. The amount is got debited immediately from my savings account but no FD account is visible in account section. Is it expected behaviour? Will it show up automatically after some time?

The FD number is mentioned in the transaction itself, check the deduction transaction in the statement in imobile app.

I got the FD account no in statement but if I check there is no deposit account visible in my imobile. Checked from netbanking as well. No accounts visible.

Yes it happens. FD will be visible at the next working day and FD advise will be sent to your email.

Had the same experience but next day my fd is visible in net banking under wealth not sure how they mapped it from my privilege imobile

For me it's visible now from netbanking but still not visible from imobile. I am using zero balance mine account.

Hi Did the issue got resolved for you . I opened it today and mine is also not reflecting in deposits section though the amount got deducted

Same happened with my yesterday, But today now FD showing in app.

For me also, it takes 13-17hr and after that the FD is showing in the imobile app, I have done fd against credit card, the credit card is still not showing in the app, after how many hours the card will show in the app? Did this happen to any other people?
