ICICI BANK NET BANKING ISSUE

I was trying to pay bill using net banking of rs 200. There is an option to login with user id and login with mobile number so i choose mobile number authenticated through otp and pin. After that a message came which you can see in the photo. But when i tried pay using my user id and password boom it was a successful transaction. Can anyone help me with this issue.

It is a long known issue which is never rectified by icici.. Its better to login using user id...

Yeah login via mobile number is a issue with ICICI..
