Yes brother
The same blank paper can be used in any way
Like for example
The branch people may write a complaint closure letter
And as they have sign of you on that paper that you will be used as a evidence that u closed the complaint




In financial matters never ever share any personal details including sign/aadhar/pan or any info


Opening Bank account is not that important

Not in bad way,.but this forum really push you towards various fomo and because of this you end up opening various accounts cards etc
Which later turns out to be unnecessary



Regarding privilege account
I would simply say visit other branch
And do the standard process of or opening account

Even if they ask for high funding do that
Yes I am right do that
It will help in long run
You are not going to keep that much
Just withdraw if u need after opening


Private banks work like that

I am sure that are lying about mismatch and all


Just visit any other branch


Icici in my area is very good
Yeah the account opening issue is there but if u agree for 50-100k initial cheque they are great after that


In no way it's feasible to write numerous letters emails
And face such problems for a savings account

If u need one u can easily open offline in another branch

6 February 2024:- First i called 1st Branch employee, this time he picked my call & said “ send me joining letter for checking whether company is listed or not” which i sent it immediately & after checking he didn’t return the call, then I called again then he said “salary is not mentioned in joining letter so send full joining letter then I said “mujhe yahi joining letter mila hai company se” then he said, “ without salary mention, salary account can’t be opened” then i said OK & ask him for opening of savings account, then he said “ 5L ka cheque chahiye & 50k maintain karna padega” i said OK & cut the call..

Then I called 2nd Branch employee, this time he also picked my call & asked me to sent joining letter to check whether company is listed or not, which I sent immediately……but 3hr passed he didn’t checked my joining letter, then i called him but he didn’t pick my call ( I called thrice)

Then I called 4th Branch employee, which 3rd Branch (XYZ mam) gives me his number, he picked my call then i said “sir I want to open new savings account please visit home” then he said, “ 1L ka cheque chahiye & 50k maintain karna padega, i said ok, then he said “he visits tomorrow because he is on another visit, can’t visit today, I said ok no problem…

Then I called 3rd Branch (XYZ mam) to check how much she ask for opening savings account, he picked my call & said same “ 1L cheque & 50k maintain” then I asked “ mam 10k wala account open nahi hoga kya” then she immediately said, “sir aap kisi government bank mai account open karwalo, waha apko 2k he maintain karna padega” & she cut the call…

7 February 2024:- On next day, i am waiting for 4th Branch employee to visit my home, but he didn’t come, then I called him twice, everytime he said “ aa raha hun sir, home visit par hun”

Then at 4pm I called again, then he said “ sir aap k near toh 1st Branch hai na, aap vahan account open kara lijiye” then I said, “ sir account toh open kariye, mai baad mai vaha transfer karva lunga” then he said “ ok 5pm tak visit karunga”. Then he didn’t come & also not picking my call & this day is also finished without any progress…

8 February 2024:- On next day, again I called 2nd Branch employee, he picked my call & said “ kaun bol rahe hai aap” , then I said “ sir kal apko joining letter bheja tha, apne company check ki , listed hai ya nahi” then he said “ oh sorry mai bhool gaya tha, avi bahar aaya hun, bank pahunchte he check karta hun” I said OK

Then on same day at 3pm, I called him twice but he didn’t picked my call & again I called at 4pm then he picked my call on fourth attempt & said “ sir bank toh pahunchne dijiye, avi bahar hun” then I didn’t called him on this day…

Then I called 4th Branch employee, he picked my call in third attempt & said “ sir kyun aap mere piche pade hain, bola toh hai apko 1st Branch visit kariye, mere sir ( BM of 4th Branch) mana kar rahe hai account open karne ko, or bol rahe hain ki ye customer iski paas waali branch mai account open kyu nahi karva raha, bo toh uske address k paas mai hai” & he cut the call & then my BP becomes High & I do nothing on this day…

9 February 2024:- On next day, I called again 2nd Branch employee at 11am, he picked my call & said “ kal late ho gaya tha so check nahi kar paya, avi ghar se nikla hun, raaste mai hun, bank pahunchte hi apko call karta hun” I said OK

Then after 3 hours, I called again because he didn’t called me back & then he picked my call on second attempt & said “ thoda wait kariye, avi check karta hun” & said that company is not listed, so salary account can not be opened, then I asked for savings account, then he said “ 5L cheque & 50k maintain karna padega “ then I asked for 1L cheque & 10k mab, then he said “ 10k wala account hamari branch mai open nahi hota” & cut the call…

In this journey I know one thing that my salary account can not be opened anymore because my company is not listed in icici…

So now 2nd Branch, 3rd Branch (XYZ mam), 4th Branch, employees are done & dusted for me, I didn’t even call these three employees in future..

So My main focus is on 1st Branch ( main branch) to open my savings account because that is also the nearest branch to my address but that guy already said “ salary mention nahi hai joining letter mai”

NOTE1:- Please ignore my all grammatical mistakes..
NOTE2:- This is the true incident happened with me & this is not a story or any script..

1st method :-Dekho Bhai agar tumhe icici mein ek account open HI krana hai toh mein tumhe sabse simple and easy tareeka batata hu. Tum sabse pehle icici customer care mein call karo and unko written mein ek mail Karo and mail mein mentioned karo ki mein Icici bank mein account open karana cahata hu lekin branch employee account open nahi kar rahe 10k maintenance wala agar aap Mera 10k wala account open Nahi karte toh mein aapki complaint rbi ombudsman mein kar Dunga. Fir dekhna Bank aapko apni tarf se aakr ke approach karega and aapka account bhi open karega


2nd method :- agar aapko icici mein saving account open karana hi hai toh aap Bank branch visit Karo and aap manager se milo or unse kaho ki aap unki branch mein wealth management account open karana cahate hoo.kyuki wealth management account ek zero balance account hai uske liye aapko intial funding karna hoga initial funding 1 lakh to 5 lakh ke between hoo sakti hai account open hone ke baad aap account se total funding nikal sakte hoo and account ko zero balance account ki tarah use kar sakte hoo
