ICICI card and Steam Games refund

Hi guys.

Do I pay the bill amount close to 11000 or adjusted amount.

So i recently bought a few games on Steam using my Amazon ICICI card of about rs2500 and after the bill was generated for the cycle I found that i could get them cheaper on Epic games. I applied for a refund and got it too..

Please suggest if i should pay 8500 (outstanding) or the complete bill amount. Tried calling Customer care and they were not really helpful.

Always, not only ICICI but any bank...

Pay full amount shown in 'monthly statement', doing that their outdated systems won't flag you and report to credit reporting companies about delay in payment.

Once done full payment and got the refund, either purchase something to waive next month or request bank to transfer.

that is as per RBI rule and OP can definitely fight for it if bank not honor it, but to avoid unnecessary delay it should be better to pay full and get that refund.

yes to be on the safe side he can pay full.

or

just check current outstanding on imobile app and pay that current outstanding amount

How does this refund work. I pay my bills using my HDFC debit card. And I do not have an account with ICICI Bank.
