I initially got credit limit of 80000 on my icici cards. Suddenly without any reason it got reduced to 20000, as per customer care it is part of their limit review and card usage policy. Any solution how can I get it increased?.

You can't do anything, all banks have been doing this

Use card judiciously. Do not max out your limit. Keep it 10% of your assigned limit.
You will get auto limit enhancement.

if you will not use then the card limit will be reduced and card will be closed after 1 year....I think it is fair because, CC limit is basically overdraft from bank to customer.

Banks want users not the credit card hoarders.
