Hi, My mom has 3 CCs in ICICI Apay, coral Rupay, and MMT Signature with 2.2L
I called my RM and asked for Rubyx LTF and she processed it but she said "There's no offer for Rubyx LTF right now"
after a few hours, I received a call from the ICICI cc dept and I explained to them my need for Rubyx LTF The lady asked me to apply from iMobile and check if there's any Rubyx card showing over there I did the same and without entering any details directly platinum card was displayed with 3.5L limit and there's no option to change the card I think this happened bcoz My RM has already entered my mom's details in application(she confirmed it).
I don't have any other option (1 cibil hit) I've taken it as the limit is 3.5L which is greater than 2.2L I thought the new limit will be shared with prev cards
surprisingly The old limit was shared with new card 🤣
Do you think I should share the same with the ICICI cc team or there's no use ?
