ICICI Credit Card Alumni Offer Error

Hi all,

I was applying for the LTF ICICI Sapphiro cc under Alumni program, while doing the video kyc, it's showing some error, attached.

Any help, what can I do in this situation???

bhai chill. Same error for my college
Just send a mail to alumnicc@icicibank.com mentioning your college.
They'll get back and get the application filled over call, then normal process starts.

I already hold 2 ICICI credit cards (MMT, AmazonPay). Can anyone confirm if applying for ICICI alumni credit card results in a CIBIL hard enquiry for existing ICICI CC holders?

My UG college is JIPMER -RUBYX CARD(I have the degree)
Currently I’m going to join AIIMS- SAPPHIRO card( I have the offer letter with my details)
So can I apply using Offer letter ??
Or is it done only by degree certificate

Better to get degree from AIIMS.
You can get only 1 alumni card.

as the offer is "alumni" offer, offer letter won't suffice. They'll be needing your degree.

They usually revert in a week
