icici credit card application: aadhaar otp failing

i am applying in icici website, and the aadhaar otp i submit is resulting in verification failed. what to do to overcome this?

I just checked for any offers I am getting 5 calls from Mumbai ICICI call center

they are very shady.
I had started an application on Flipkart.
but their call centre is asking me all the details again saying that they want to check my eligibility when flipkart gave message that i am eligible.

also the calls are coming from paisabazaar.

that's why i thought of continuing my application through website by putting my mobile number.
