ICICI Credit Card Application

ICICI credit card team knows nothing... I don't know what kind of cheap drug they smoke on a daily basis.
I applied for the MMT Signature by calling them but I did not receive any application number. After a few days, they called me and said you can get Coral LTF. They said they would apply for Coral in the same application. It is been more than a month and there is no news on that.
Then after a few days, I contacted them again and I tried to convince them of Sapphire LTF mentioning my long relationship and all. This time CC person said there is no LTF card except Platinum, all ICICI cards are paid. I was trying to explain to that noob person that banks provide LTF cards based on certain conditions but he was damn adamant that ICICI never gives LTF cards. I told him that I was getting Rubyx as LTF (based on salary criteria) and even then he was like it was impossible.
3rd scenario, My company has recently tied up with ICICI for salary accounts (although I have it for 12 years), so I tried applying for Rubyx via the corporate RM and they took all the details and after that they became silent. It is been a week and there is no word regarding that.
So ICICI's credit card department is one of the worst in private banks.
ICICI customer care used to be very good but after covid, it is literally like a time pass for them. So don't believe the reasoning they give.
