ICICI Credit Card Devaluation (w.e.f. Oct 01, 2025):

1) Dynamic Currency Conversion fee (w.e.f. Oct 01, 2025) -

3.5% Dynamic Currency Conversion fee will be applied on all transactions conducted in Indian currency at international locations or transactions carried out in Indian currency at merchants located in India but registered in a foreign nation.

Exceptions:

1. 2% will be levied for Emeralde Private Metal Credit Card, Emeralde Private Credit Card and Emeralde Credit Card.
2. 0.99% will be levied for MakeMyTrip ICICI Bank Credit Card (not applicable on MakeMyTrip ICICI Bank Signature Credit Card and MakeMyTrip ICICI Bank Platinum Credit Card).
3. 1.49% will be levied for Times Black ICICI Bank Credit Card.
4. 1.99% will be levied for Amazon Pay ICICI Bank Credit Card

2) Skill-Based Gaming Transactions (w.e.f. Oct 01, 2025) -

A fee of 1% of the transaction amount will be charged for skill-based gaming transactions of ₹ 5,000 or more

3) Wallet Load (w.e.f. Oct 01, 2025) -

A fee of 1% of the transaction amount will be charged for wallet load transactions of ₹ 10,000 or more

4) Fee on cash payment at branches (w.e.f. Oct 01, 2025) -

₹ 150 per payment transaction

Seems they want people to get EPM but at the same time, don't want to give that card. What a conundrum.
