Guys maine booking.com pe credit card se hotel reservations ki

Bas card validate hua bina otp ke

uske baad maine Japan visa apply kiya

Visa reject ho gaya

Now after that I forgot to cancel those booking

But my card international online limit was set to 500₹ only

so I was aware ki txn decline hogi kyunki limit 500₹ set h

18th July ko transaction decline ho gayi

Fir uske 2 din baad subhe subhe transaction successfull ho gayi

bina otp ke
Now maine icici se saath dispute raise kiya h

maine hotel se service nhi h pay kyu karu

Pay at arrival likha tha

Jab check in nhi kiya aur service nhi li toh paise kaise liye dispute raise kardiya

Ask icici customer care and nodal officer to refund the money under chargeback category. If they won't listen raise a complain at RBI-O
