ICICI Credit Card Money Withdraw Otherthan Rent Payment Option

Dear members,
Hope any of the community members will help me to take money from ICICI CC without using the RENT PAYMENT option. ICICI is charging extra 1%+GST on the amount after adding the surcharge amount.
Is there other way so that I can escape the extra charge?

cred.. the extra 1%charge +GST are posting to the card statement during the bill generation.
