ICICI is a consistent and professional spammer. But HDFC (in my case) less professional and less persistent spammer. I get calls or whatsapp message from HDFC people (don't know authenticity) from their personal numbers. That's not the case with ICICI.

ICICI is my main bank for last 25 years. I have salary acct, demat, housing loan and credit cards with them. I rarely get any call. Only thing I do is, every time the RM changes and the new RM gives me a call, I first ask them for their employee/relationship number, which they happily share. Then I curtly tell them explicitly that I am not interested in any 3rd party product like insurance or MF and I do not need any loan and I should not be called for any of that and also tell them that if despite informing, if I still get even a single call on any of these, I will immediately lodge a formal written complaint specifically against him/her by name.
I do get flyers in my email, but thats something I can live with.

Worked for me, now get just the monthly call from RM from known number, super easy to block
