ICICI EPM Points gone vanished from 40k to 0

Hey everyone,
Has anyone else faced this recently?

I had over 40,000 reward points in my ICICI EPM account. There were also more points due to be credited this month. Suddenly, when I checked the portal, it’s showing only around 5,000 points — and there’s no redemption history or transaction log at all.

Even worse, the rewards portal isn’t showing any history of how points were earned or used. Everything’s just blank — no records, no transparency.
I haven’t redeemed or transferred anything, so this is completely unacceptable. For a premium card like Emeralde Private Metal, this kind of system glitch (or whatever this is) is shocking.

Anyone else seeing the same issue with missing points or zero history on the rewards portal?


Edit : resolved after 1 week of back and forth with nodal and RM. Now points are showing normally

This is now resolved. Points are showing again

Could be temporary. I can see my points after every statement. Earned in the month and total till date.

My icici statement was generated on November 15, and till now I dont see the points credited.
What is the usual turn around time for points credit?
Is this an issue anyone else also have faced here, in the recent times?

It’s 4-5 days for me.

There's an issue I think at the icici bank end. I have around 115k points, and yesterday on ishop it was showing 84k around and I did not use my points anywhere and plus my new statement is generated 5 days ago and still new points are missing. So I sent an email to customer care.
