ICICI expressions card

Hello all
I was applying for ICICI expressions card vis iMobile app using Amazon Pay card.
The last confirmation message on App asks me about Card number to be upgraded (SS attached).
I just want to know that-> it means I will get a separate card (like others) or my existing Apay CC will be upgraded?

Their language is not clear, so I got bit confused, so I want to confirm first.

After placing the request, in how many days expressions credit card reflect on imobile app?

It reflected within a hour for me, same for coral rupay card.
