I am using ICICI Fastag for my i10 car, during my recent trip to my Hometown they debited a chargeback wrongly of 170 Rs stating "Chargeback Debit Adjustment for the Standard Toll Charge"
I have raised the complaint in ICICI Fastag portal stating they deducted 70 Rs during the day of travel for that toll Plaza and again 170 as adjustment so total 70+170=230 Rs whereas they have closed the ticket stating they have deducted it correctly after verification.
I tried to escalate the matter via 24/7 customer care but no resolution so far. I don't find any escalation matrix for the ICICI Fastag. Can someone guide me how to escalate this further.
