Icici gift card balance to cash - only pos accepted

Hi Guys,
My employer provided me with ICICI visa gift card which can be only use on POS machine. Can anyone of you suggest convert it to cash with minimum charges? Thanks!

Go to a near by supermart or a mall , ask the other people while they are paying cash or online transfer . This is the least charged way . But it is time consuming process .
