Icici Hpcl cashback not crediting

Hello everyone, I'm experiencing an issue with my ICICI HPCL card. I did a transaction for 3000 on an HPCL card. I am supposed to get 5% cashback up to 200. I didn't get it, so I contacted the bank for clarification. This is what they responded with, and I do not have the charges slip. What should I do now?

Charges slip is the receipt they provide after billing is doneat HPCL.
If it's not available try to refill at the same station for any amount and provide that instead.

i had same issue with icici. so closed this card. mail them they will credit. but its not possible to mail everytime.
