Icici hpcl coral card chargeback claim

I have placed an order on OnePlus on October 7 but I have cancelled that order immediately but they are not issuing refund despite asking them from 20 days over calls,emails.can I claim a chargeback for this?

Yesterday someone over call from icici customer care denied to initiate chargeback for this

Where did you order from? Its a refund issue i guess.
 
you need to escalate this with one plus itself
they have pathetic cc support but you have to do it there itself
They have incompetent useless customer support most of the people don't know what they are doing and remaining morons just sing a song we are working diligently to resolve this within 24hrs...that 24hrs Leeds to 20 days

threaten them to file an fir you will receive a callback from escalation team
i did that for my phone order which they cancelled

May I know the reason why they are denying?
Tell them to raise a chargeback with a reason of product/service not delivered. There is Visa/Master Chargeback code for the same, you can mention that too. Also tell them, you are not requesting their permission to raise the chargeback but giving them instructions to do it. Failure to do will, force you to escalate the issue with RBIO.

They are saying is that they will not raise the charge back as transaction has been done successfully and money is credited to OnePlus ,then you have to ask OnePlus for refund or else file a cybercrime complaint,I know this story is bs and they can raise a chargeback

Yes, you are right.... Once take screenshot of your previous message, raise complaint against ICICI Bank with RBI. Never forget to add extra masala against ICICI Bank customer executive... Also publish their misbehaviour in Twitter and other online platforms by tagging RBI. If possible, raise complaint in online forum against both companies

I will do that after I get a reply for email from icici and I have already filed a cybercrime complaint against OnePlus and their legal company MOBITECH CREATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED
