It doesn't show any application number but there is a link given on app request section to complete the form for icici direct 3 in 1 account. How can someone raised a request on my account. My passwords are very strong. When I ask the customer care they ask for service request number which app doesn't show neither I have received any sms or email for this request. I am confused did someone form bank raise a request. Do i need to worry ? If I don't click link given to complete the form on imobile then am i safe ? Please help
