Issue Resolved ICICI iMobile doesn't work on Wi-fi

I am not able to login to ICICI iMobile app when on Wi-fi (FTTH). It keeps trying to log in for ever and then goes back to login screen. I have tried reinstalling the app. This probably started a couple of months back.
Login only works with mobile data (even with crappy mobile reception). Is it just me or anyone else also facing the same issue?

Only your wifi connection seems wrong

I was facing same issue with Airtel fiber. See if you can disable ipv6 from router settings

Yes try doing it. My router was different

I had this issue earlier and the problem got solved after certain updates. Try to update the app if updates available

I was really frustrated with this issue. Not only icici but also axis and sbi cards app. found the solution on broadband{dot}forum but unfortunately my router was locked so i was unable to disable ipv6. Ultimately Switched to Tata play fiber.

In all the FTTH providers that I have availed services from so far, including Airtel's, I did not find anyone's router to be locked when logged in using admin credentials. Did you try the same and yet it was locked?

Yes i tried everything. Turned out its like that only after reading others experience on that forum. Anyways airtel wasn't working good in my area so decided to switch.
