Issue Resolved ICICI iMobile doesn't work on Wi-fi

I am not able to login to ICICI iMobile app when on Wi-fi (FTTH). It keeps trying to log in for ever and then goes back to login screen. I have tried reinstalling the app. This probably started a couple of months back.
Login only works with mobile data (even with crappy mobile reception). Is it just me or anyone else also facing the same issue?

do you have the link where you put in these credentials?

The login page is in the homepage of your router. Look at the back of your router, it should be mentioned there like for example 192.168.1.1

yes i did log into to modem using credential and there is not much option editable over there.

Same issue with railwire isp look like they blocked it
