ICICI - iMobile No RM assigned, glitch or?

Title. I cannot see RM details in iMobile and it shows "Visit nearest branch for servicing needs..." Family member's account has RM details (we get assigned the same RM), why is it so? Is my account downgraded? Should I send a email to CC?

Sometimes, the RM name doesn't appear.... in case the RM has recently changed and in interim period there is no RM. Apart from that, looks more of like a Glitch to me.... even after 2wks if it remains the same, then surely send email

Same has happened with me after this app revamp. Could be bug.
