ICICI LTF Cards Campaign (Coral, Rubyx, Sapphiro) for Salaried Individuals from Selected Companies

ICICI Bank is offering three premium credit cards— Coral, Rubyx, and Sapphiro—lifetime free for salaried individuals. I am eligible for the Rubyx card, and they are offering a choice between a Visa card or an Amex + MasterCard combo. Which option should I choose? It is being handled by the loan sales team, but they are also not unable to find out the application tracking status and do anything on it. And credit card customer care team when called is telling they dont know this reference no. kindly mail to customer care team

I apply on March 1st, Sapphiro, still waiting. Yesterday afternoon I got an SMS saying that my Cibil report was checked. There was no check at the time of application.

On the portal, it shows sanction in progress, with the last updated date as March 4.

I see the Sapphiro cards in the iMobile app now. The credit limit doubled from earlier but still lower than what was shown initially. However, I think it’s the highest credit limit among other cards.

The portal shows the sanction stage as complete. However I didn’t receive any SMS with the status. I randomly checked the app and saw the cards, then when I checked the loan portal it was shown as sanctioned yesterday.

New cards, making the total 5 now.
Platinum, Coral, AmazonPay, Sapphiro Amex & Sapphiro Master Card.

No email or SMS after the initial application received SMS and email.

I too applied. I got a call almost immediately after submitting the application. I got Rubyx but asked for Sapphiro (primarily for the BOGO) and he said though salary wise I am eligible my company is not eligible (probably explains why my applications keep getting rejected by many banks). But I will "possibly" (shaayad) get a free upgrade to Sapphiro "in a few months" of using the Rubyx card.

Even though I have a 16-years savings account and 5-years old Amazon Pay card I was treated like a NTB customer. I had to fill up a form, submit payslips, do OTP verification, Aadhar+Digilocker verification (twice), and VKYC. Got a CIBIL hit too, the same day of first application. The entire process took two days. The agent kept following up relentlessly until then. And then it took another two days for the details to appear in the portal. Then a week in the "Sanction" phase before the cards were generated (MasterCard and AMEX) with 3.3L CL (which is different from my APay card). Received the cards three days later.

Have thrown them in the drawer without activating. I have time until the 22nd of this month to activate the cards. Thinking if I should because other than looking realy nice and being of premium quality the Rubyx duo is absolutely useless.

Quick question: I have Amazon pay Icici card and got rubyx approved. My question is does both the existing card and new card share limit or will it be a separate limit?

they rejected my application...does any1 know how can i complain....it seems others have similar existing icici cards as mine and they have got the card...

There is no mention of fees anywhere in the letter attached but,

Why do I need to confirm it?

1. It says so on the website
2. It says so on the application form too

If after all this I get charged fees I will just ask them to revert or escalate. Never had this issue with ICICI, using them since 5+ years now. If it says LTF it will be.
