ICICI Credit Card ICICI Netbanking Issue

I have been using ICICI netbanking with personalized user id: ABC since two years for credit cards and I do not have any banking accounts.

Recently, I opened savings bank in ICICI bank few days back, but I am unable to link banking account in my ABC internet banking account. I contacted support and branch also, still no help. They are saying its better to create new netbanking ID, in that case I will be losing my personalized user id. Do you have any idea ?

I don't want to create seperate netbanking, i want to utilize existing netbanking account and add savings account in that.

Did any faced similar problem ?

Create new net banking for AC.

Later ask CS or branch SM, to remove cc net banking cust and later you can link/merge to savings ac cust ID.

I thought this issue is for only indus, when icici IT joined ?

Bump here. I have the exact same problem. So not creating a new thread. Adding my query:

I was using a personalized net banking ID for credit cards.
Last week I opened bank account and I got a new net banking ID for that.
Now I have linked the credit cards to this new ID. The cards are linked to the new ID and I can see all items in the new ID - bank account and credit cards.

The old ID username still exist but nothing is there inside. I wanted to use that username for my NetBanking. Is it possible? (Like deactivate or close or release the old ID and I can use it)

2nd question - earlier I was seeing card upgrade offers in the old ID. But after linking it to the new login I am not seeing any card upgrade offers. How long does it take for the offers to popup?
