No. This is shown for everyone. Pre-approved offers mention the limit too. Check in mobile banking if limit is also mentioned then only it is pre-approved.

Real offers will be shown with credit limit/loan amount. Use your account for 3-4 months, you will surely get a pre-approved coral.
