ICICI Rewards Points not Credited

Hello All,

I have a ICICI Rubyx Dual Variant Mastercard Credit Card. In statement, I am able to see the Rewards Point earned.
But still from Last few months, the Reward Points is not credited. I have verified in imobile app and Netbanking.
Anyone facing the same issue?

They will reply and resolve the issue/call you for any update
