ICICI Rubyx Rupay Card

ICICI Bank has issued a Rubyx Rupay credit card to me. But at no stage they have told me if its free or paid. I am not interested in a paid version, what shall I do?
Even their call centre is not useful.

if you yourself applied, then it's probably paid

I applied for the card myself and got it LTF. I got the card today only but still i will email them for LTF status confirmation.
