ICICI Rubyx Upgrade Query

My Netbanking currently gives me the option to upgrade my platinum credit card to any of these three cards.
Is Rubyx LTF in this screen or is the charges not visible due to any issues?

I just checked my net banking login. Getting Emerald upgrade option but the Joining fee and Annual fee are not showing. Probably a system issue at ICICI end.
App does not even show any card, it's just throwing this error - "Sorry we are not able to process your request at the moment"

Weird. My limit was 110K, they are offering for Sapphiro upgrade. I think some issue with netbanking.

I too had same options as you, but when I called customer care and checked.... they told website issue (might not be loading properly) but the card is not ltf

Its not LTF confirmed with bank
So if you are holding any LTF card dont upgrade

Upgrades are never ltf in icici..... But only good in rubyx is two cards instead of one.... Which can be good for offers in big oct sales...

in my net banking, it is showing No joining fee and renewal fee. I got the card upgrade from Coral Rupay card.
If I upgrade my card can i get to use my pre-existing Rupay card or not?
and if i can use my previous card then the card limit will be shared between Rupay card and Rubyz(master & amex) dual card.
Please help.
Should I upgrade it??
