Many PSU banks still rely on old activation system.

Create a new thread and specially mentioned VISA in big bold better.My icici family banking visa debit card is not working for online transactions.No problem for atm cash withdrawal.Card delivered 2days ago, generated pin and enabled online transactions on imobile app.Still not working for online.
If received credit card with 000 CVV Replace the card immediately. 000 CVV is not acceptable for online transaction & ecommerce websites will decline the transaction. I have also got ICICI rupay coral credit card with 000 CVV. I have replaced card stating damage as a reason in imobile app. Generated a new card now I got different CVV & it's working fine
I am also facing the same issue. ICICI Rubyx Rupay Credit Card. Everything works except the online merchant transactions. Fails for all merchants. The customer care team says everything is fine and declined transactions cannot be seen on their portal. All transactions fail regardless of the amount. I have tried with as low as 10 to as high as 25000 and all of them fail.
Any help to get this working?

yes i checked.in the manage card option, - Set per transaction limit...did u chk if amount is valid and not 0...
Customer care agent said all transactions are enabled from their end.Why dont u guys try to changw settings in web internet banking rather than imobile?
Recently, I found out that the CCAvenue payment gateway does not accept CVV 000.It seems there are some known issues with Rupay DC/ CCs in this regard for few customers..... hope they are re-solved by now... 😉

How did you find that this was kyc related issue?In my case, the issue was related to kyc. It was fixed after i visited branch
