So will i get this offer for sure on my imobile app ? I mean is this preapproved for all existing cc holders ? Just that they want to give rupay cc to customers , they are issuing this card now .

My brother is only having Apay card and he is the only one in my family who is not given RuPay card offer. Rest everyone in my family has atleast MMT cards along with Apay card.
