Icici Sapphiro Fyf to ltf

I have recently got an offer for icici sapphiro dual card visa + rupay .
The card was FYF

I want to convert those cards to LTF

HOw to convert any tips ?

If not then I am going close the card after using 10 months .

Is that okay 👍

Even I received call and I accepted offer 2 days back but card is not showing in app ,How many days did it take for you to deliver card or to show in app

f your company elegible for ICICI corporate offer, you can apply through that channel , i closed my fyf card and applied through corporate offer.
