ICICI Sapphiro: Got all 3 variants

I got to now from TF Community that we can exchange Sapphiro Visa variant for MC+Amex variant.
Mailed Customer care for variant change and my request was processed within 10 days. CC asked me place a cancellation request for my Visa variant as keeping all 3 variants Visa+MC+Amex is not allowed. So I placed the closure request for my Visa card but the very next I got a call from Retention team and he told me that there is no such rule about keeping all 3 variants and he cancelled my closure request.
All 3 cards are active right now which I confirmed by doing small transactions
Now I have 2 dreamfolks card and both are active.
As per my knowledge, BMS offers/lounge access are divided between MC & amex equally BUT I have no idea if my Visa card is eligible for lounge access/BMS bogo now(even the cust care guys have no idea about rules in this situation)

Dada, ICICI has offered Emeralde Private LTF to NRV.

Me as a Wealth + Sapphiro LTF customer feels offended to get only paid Emeralde offer (not really though, but I am pissed off).
Can I threaten card + account closure to maybe get Emeralde LTF? Has it worked for anyone in your experience?

I remember reading some Amazon Pay cc holders had been offered Emeralde LTF. I don't know if it was a different variant of Emeralde.

Have closed 5 cards with icici in last 12 Years, never received any retention calls.
Spends were upwards 10L

Same with me, Closed 4 cards in past 2 years no retention was offered closed on call itself.

this is not a regular closure we are talking about. This is the variant change issue where we are trying to figure out if the changed variant are auto closed or not

Even on variant change they won't close the existing variant. Even on taking multiple cards existing cards won't get closed in ICICI.

- I have closed Visa Coral, MMT (Recently), Expressions card, Sapphiro Paid MC (Last year).

Nothing is auto closed in Icici , I have had all three versions of rubyx and sapphiro , even if the customer care says old card would get closed , the card's remain active.

so you applied for sapphiro other variant after how long of getting the initial variant? And after getting the new variant, did you attend any calls from icici or set the pin for the new variant?
