There is an option in icici net banking to convert savings account into salary account...
My question is to people if someone has done it online...
1. Do we require any documents to submit or is branch visit is required after online request.
2. After the request.. How much time it takes to convert the account from savings to salary.
3. Do any verification is done by bank to the company mentioned in application about the employee?
4. Does it get converted directly after the request... Or after the first salary credit.... How does icici verify the credit is salary or any random deposit...
My branch manager said that even after you change company or salary does not gets credited..... They don't degrade the account to savings if there is regular transactions......
