IDBI Core Rupay Credit Card Approved

After a long wait I got approved for IDBI Rupay - Winnings Credit Card.

Applied on June 30 via Home Branch

Forget the application !!!

One fine day branch manager called me to re-submit the documents once again. I just sent all the documents via WhatsApp.

He came to my house with the document printed and get my signed.

After 6th day (Today) I got the Mail and SMS stating my IDBI card is approved will reach the card within 7 days.

I checked in IDBI mobile app and it shows allocated card is Winnings Rupay!!!

Note:

* Applied for Euphoria Master Card

* Branch people said, all the Customer's were getting only Aspire Card

* IDBI CC team have another thoughts by giving Winnings Rupay!!!

Their redeem system as looks like same as PNB rewardz portal ditto.

How is the service bro? Does statements come within 1 or 2 days from statement generation day? Able to pay bills via third party apps? Your overall opinion

Yes same day statement came via mail once generated

Paid always via 3rd party apps

Ok to accept customer care

No issues faced till date

No. IDBI Credit Card application is an offline process. U need to submit ITR/Form-16/Payslips offline in branch.

Online apply ho gya or ajibo garib apply option tha pehle employment type do baar tha or usme self employee v tha usko select kiye or tentative limit 1lakh 62k dikhaya or fir itr 24-25 or 6mnth bank statement laga or aspire platinum visa or rupay card eligible aaya toh aspire select kiye majburi me or chahiye tha royal signature wala lekin nhi mila bhai or abhi process mein hai toh kya koi verification v hoga kya bhai

Chuki branch wale jante the toh branch wale hi aaye the verification krne 😂 bas Residence and Office ki photo lekar chale gaye. Approval Mumbai se aata hai, toh total 20 days lag gaye the !
