IDFC Bank CC Address Change.

I recently applied for IDFC CC through an agent and yet to receive physical card. I also created login for mobile app. But in profile section when i checked address section there address given is wrong. All the address is correct exect for City and PIN code. My agent did that because my address was not in serviceable area. So, my question is how should i change the communication address? Is there any way online to do it? Because i couldn't find anything in the app.

you should have used address of someone known residing in serviceable area.

i told the agent correct address but he put it like that. Card is dispatched to my office address which is correct. So after i receive the card I'm going to change the home address.

card is dispatched at my office address. so I'm not worried.

I guess they'll try at your residential address,the reason being as IDFC doesn't verify the residence, they verify it by delivering the card there.

contacted the customer care and they confirmed that card is dispatched at office address.

you're self-employed or salaried?
if they have verified your residential address,then you might get it at office address otherwise chanes are bleak.

They should have verified your office & residence as they generally do. your case is an exception you might get your card delivered to office.

my card was approved within 24 hours. Did VKYC at 7PM and next day at 12:30PM got the approval message.

IDFC card approval is done on CIBIL basis but post verifications are necessary as well.

I did the same. Used my office address for delivery and used some random serviceable address for residence address. Don't do anything till the time you receive the physical card. Once you receive the card go to nearest branch with your aadhar card and ask them to update the address. It will be done in 2 mins.
