Idfc bank credit card application processing delayed

I have applied and idfc credit card via their agents in a mall on 4th January and when it's processed they said I'll get the card for sure post verification and it showed that by 13 th I'll get the card. But that date was always keeps on changing and currently it's 31st Jan now.
The application was still under verification. Don't know how to check with them and speed up the process? Please help with that.

Address verification not done yet. Also I have given the rental address as I'm staying in city for now but now back to home town and may not go to office for few months as I can do wfh.
