Checked the messages in WhatsApp. Offers stopped coming after I closed my Select Card. No offers received after taking Wealth Card. I did re-register post taking Wealth Card and able to interact through WhatsApp banking but not receiving any offers 🙁

I got the offer as a Push notification from IDFC app

Also I was unable to see the bonus pay and spend criteria...so I called CC CS and they said it is for spends of 40k and you will get upto 2k bonus which is good 5%

Introduction

  2. This is a personalized offer. Personalized spends target for the customer and the final payback on achieving the spends target is communicated to the customer via any of the direct channels mentioned below after 31st January 2025.
  3. Customer should enrol for this campaign to earn bonus payback.
  4. This offer is applicable on the following IDFC FIRST Bank Credit Cards: FIRST Classic, FIRST Millennia, FIRST Select, FIRST Wealth, FIRST WOW, FIRST Power, FIRST Power+, LIC Select, LIC Classic, FIRST SWYP, FIRST EA₹N, Club Vistara, Ashva, Mayura and IDFC FIRST Bank Employee Credit Card (FIRST Family)
  5. All spends done between IST: 12:00 AM (1stFebruary ’25) to 11:59 PM (28th February ’25) will be considered eligible for this campaign (excluding spends on below mentioned MCCs).
  6. This offer will not be valid on spends done on Fuel (MCC 5172, 5541, 5542, 5983), Cash (MCC 6010, 6011,7280), Rent Payments (MCC 6513), Utility (MCC 4800-4999), Wallet Load (MCC 6540), Insurance (MCC 6300) and NPS & Tax payments (MCC 9311, 9399).
  7. For customers holding multiple IDFC FIRST Bank Credit cards, single enrolment is required & sufficient.
  8. Multiple transactions can be done during offer period, cumulative spends of all eligible transactions will be considered.
  9. UPI Transactions will be not considered for this campaign.
  10. Bonus Payback will be credited to the Cardholder’s Credit Card account post 60 days of offer closure.
Offer Details

  2. Target spends has been allotted at customer level, i.e. customer can achieve the target by combining spends on all cards done through any eligible IDFC FIRST Bank Credit Card(s) as mentioned above
  3. Customers should enrol to earn bonus payback by clicking on the link provided through the following channels or any direct communication channel intended for the customer only.

  4. A customer is eligible for bonus payback only if he / she has received communication regarding this offer directly from IDFC FIRST Bank through any of its direct channels mentioned above and have enrolled for the same through any of the methods mentioned above.
  5. Enrolment or campaign details will be shared on customer’s mobile no. and email ID registered with IDFC FIRST Bank.
  6. Customers enrolled between IST: 12:00 AM (1stFebruary ’25) to 11:59 PM (28th February ’25) will be eligible for bonus pay back.
  7. All spends done between IST: 12:00 AM (1stFebruary ’25) to 11:59 PM (28th February ’25) will be considered eligible for this campaign (excluding spends on below mentioned MCCs).
  8. This offer will not be valid on spends done on Fuel (MCC 5172, 5541, 5542, 5983), Cash (MCC 6010, 6011,7280), Rent Payments (MCC 6513), Utility (MCC 4800-4999), Wallet Load (MCC 6540), Insurance (MCC 6300) and NPS & Tax payments (MCC 9311, 9399).

  10. If any customer holds multiple IDFC FIRST Bank Credit Cards from the eligible credit cards mentioned above, for e.g. FIRST Power Credit Card & FIRST Select Credit Card, enrolment is required only once. Multiple enrolments are not required.
  11. If any customer holds multiple IDFC FIRST Bank Credit Card, he/she can achieve the target by combining spends on all cards done through any eligible IDFC FIRST Bank Credit Card(s) as mentioned above.
  12. Bonus Payback will be credited to the Cardholder’s Credit Card account post 60 days of offer closure.
  13. If any customer holds multiple IDFC FIRST Bank Credit Cards from the eligible credit cards mentioned above, bonus payback will be credited on the credit card that was issued first. For e.g., if a customer holds a FIRST Power Credit Card issued in Feb’23 & a FIRST Select Credit Card issued in Jan’24, bonus pay back will be credited on the FIRST Power Credit Card.
  14. Transactions done via IDFC FIRST Bank Add-On Credit Card of the eligible credit cards mentioned above shall be considered for the offer and the relevant bonus pay back will be credited to the primary cardholder’s credit card account. No separate / duplicate posting will be given to the Add-On cardholder.
  15. If any transaction during the offer period is reversed by the cardholder or merchant, that particular transaction will be excluded from the net eligible spends. Similarly, for any disputed transaction of the cardholder, that particular transaction will be excluded from the total eligible spends.
  16. All transactions completed within the offer period will be considered. The settlement for a few of these transactions may be delayed basis the merchant’s settlement cycle but all transactions authorized within the offer period shall be considered.
  17. Benefits of multiple offers/campaigns even if eligible and communicated shall not be applicable and only one eligible offer shall be considered eligible.
  18. In case the customer is eligible for any other offer/campaign on the same transaction as eligible on the above offer, only one offer with the best monetary value for the customer shall be considered applicable.
  19. During the offer fulfilment, if the customer’s credit card account is found to be in overdue or in over-limit status for the last three months, the cashback posting will not be processed.
  20. The offer is non-transferable, non-cashable and non-negotiable.
  21. The offer will be applicable on purchases made on qualified retail purchases for personal consumption only. The offer will not be valid for transactions which are deemed to be commercial or business in any nature. The bank reserves the right to disqualify such transactions while calculating final eligibility.
  22. The Bank reserves the right to disqualify any transaction out of all spends if it is non-personal expense or commercial transaction in nature. The bank may ask for proof of purchase in the form of invoice/ bill in case of dispute on the said transaction and bank would have the final right to qualify or disqualify any transaction.
Other Generic Terms & Conditions

  1. The Bank reserves the right to disqualify any transaction out of all spends if it is non-personal expense or commercial transaction in nature. The bank may ask for the proof of purchase in the form of invoice/ bill in case of dispute on the said transaction and bank would have the final right to qualify or disqualify any transaction.
  2. Any Customer eligible for the offer shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions, the offer terms and conditions mentioned in the communication sent, as well as, general terms and conditions of the Bank, before availing the offer.
  3. The Bank reserves the right to disqualify any Customer from the benefits of the offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the offer (including any default in payments).
  4. Bank reserves the right, at any time, without any prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part this offer by another offer whether like this offer or not or to extend or withdraw this offer altogether.
  5. The Bank holds out no warranty and makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services offered by any merchant with regards to this offer. Customer is expected to take any grievance, pertaining to quality, delivery or any other issue of purchased goods and services, to the respective merchant and not to the Bank.
  6. The decision of the Bank limited in all matters in connection with and incidental to this offer is final and shall be binding on all persons.
  7. Incomplete / rejected / invalid /returned /cancelled / refunded/ disputed or unauthorized/ fraudulent transactions will not be considered for the offer.
  8. Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or because of above offer or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Mumbai.
  9. All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the offer shall be borne solely by the Customer and the Bank will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any such taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges.
  10. I hereby confirm that I have also read and understood the contents of the offer details and agree to be levied various charges mentioned therein as and when applicable to me.   11. The offer is valid for the transactions listed under the specified category(ies) only as defined by Visa and MasterCard under their respective Merchant Category Codes (“MCC”).

  13. The transaction initiated through aggregators or payment wallets will not be eligible for the offer if the transaction does not have the specified merchant category.

When u open the link u got from either of the communication mentioned by bank then there is an option of enrolling…
It’s one time only, after enrolling u see the text in link…

If havent received any communication then u wont be able to enrol
Check mails, msgs, push notification etc from IDFC…
