idfc cc: unable to receive OTP via sms

I am receiving sms for account updates like limits set, etc but not receiving any SMS for OTP.
not even in spam folder.
this is happening only for idfc, other bank otps are working fine.

is there any way to solve this? their customer care says they can't do anything, they don't see any problem at their end. I also didn't find any way to receive otp on email.

You can visit the nearest branch and request to change the registered mobile number by submitting an application to the branch manager. Try a different number of different network operator.
