IDFC debit card reward redemption problem

Hi,

I have 2000 Idfc debit card reward points. When I am trying to redeem that, even for 50 Rs Swiggy voucher , The system is taking only 26 points and telling me to pay 43.5 Rs.

Is this expected behaviour? If this is normal, I see IDFC rewards will compete with cred for least usefull points. Please share your experiance.

From day of transaction it to 15 days

After that u can redeem the points

Even though u get points on 2nd day after transaction..

It's clearly written in first page..

It says 250 reward points on bill payment..

So,

1- is paying HDFC CC bill counted among bill payment??

2- is there minimum amount for bill payment(like minimum 500 or 1000 or so) in order to receive reward points?

Pay any bill from idfc app ..
Idk it's for first time or every month

You can pay any bill. There is no minimum payment requirement but do atlest 100😂

The offer is applicable every month.
