Hello guys I'm new to this forum
And id like yall help on this one issue
about idfc first bank fraud this started 2019 when suddenly amount of about 2000 was debited by idfc first bank as I was really confused I asked the customer support they said it's done by idfc bank I should contact them so I went to there branch where they told me I have applied from some scheme through flip kart where idfc first bank will give us a coupon worth 30k if we pay the amount of 20k in EMI so I went along and paid till 2020 sept when covid hit and my business was in loss so I couldn't pay them till like 2021 Oct I went to there branch to pay the remaining amount and get my
coupon and the idfc branch ppl said it's personal loan and they couldn't provide any details regarding this loan and I should pay them or else they ruin my cibil score which I was quite angry and just didn't pay it cause I didn't apply for this loan now I'm here to ask for help cause they are stilling killing my cibil and also idfc bank goons call me every 2 days to harass me I have settled the loan in 2024 the remaining amount was just 2000 rupees which I went along and paid but they had about 6k of fines which I did not pay and so my loan is still active and the goons call me help me out on this issue what are my option should I file police complaint or get in touch with rbi about this issue
