They said some issues ...Could'nt see any apparent issues with Reward point portal except that on redemption,some were not getting mail with e-voucher details..So this has to be them sorting out all these loopholes imho

Try Redemption & see what error you are getting, If it's same for everyone then I believe they are just improving system

They don't credit automatically. We have to request on call to credit manually after 15 days. Merchant name India ideas. Mcc 4900. Points will credit as bank courtesy points
