r u getting member blocked due to security reasons while redeeming?
 
Bro my account is also on Total Freeze Status from the last 2 month and have raised to RBI Ombudsman after the branch deny to remove freeze.

But Luckily Rewards Points redemption was working fine and now in fear of it i have redeemed all rewards points in one go with multiple 1000 AGV.
Now i don't care they freeze it or not will close it and will try to reopen it with wealth account with initial funding Hope this works

December mein mera bhi freeze hua tha multiple swiggy aur paytm par transaction krne ki wajah se .... then Twitter par complaint raise kiya tha branch k against.... then unke regional head ki call aai thi woh bole branch visit karo aur ik written application k sath mein kyc documents submit kro fr account unfreeze ho jayega... address verification k liye bank wale ghar aaye uske baad unfreeze ho gya account....
total 12 din lge thy puri process mein

pr bhai saari baat toh ish verification pe hi toh atak rhi hai....maine online account open krwaya tha aur branch 20 km dhoor milli kyuki aas paas koi branch nhi hai....ab jb freeze htwane gia toh saaf mna krdia..keh reh h kii hum verification nhi kr sakhte location pr toh account closure request daal do..PNO tk koi solution nhi nikal paya

fir phirse mail kro fir close again n again...aur reply mai visit branch...aur sbb krlia...paresan hu bhai.

nhi yarr... mere case bhi same hi kr rhe thy ... even woh manager bola student profile par account hai aur itne saare debit card transaction hai ... yeh bola social wali team ko ... tb maine revert kiya govt digital india bna rhi aur m mere sbhi transaction k liye justification dene ko ready hu m.... aur bola ki woh bm jaan bhuj kr preshan kr ha hai.... tb unhone uske against hi ik complaint raise kr diya .... uske baad uss bm ne co-operate kiya aur mujhe jb call aai uske senior se tb maine bm aur ik bnde against complaint krne ko bola ... woh bole thik hai hum unke behaviour k maafi chahte hai aur unke against koi report file thi .....

Aur fr mera kaam ho gya tha

aur abhi account close krva loge toh account 3 months baad open hoga .... aisa woh branch manager bola tha mujhe
 
They guy from reward portal team (Mr Bhupendra has raised a call back from my home branch) I just need to clarify them that transactions made using my dc were genuine and based on the bank’s feedback they will be blocking/unblocking my rp redemption!
The guy also told me that if the feedback is negative I can ask them to reset my rp to zero and I can start redeeming the rp in future which sounds absurd 💀
That is just a lollipop...They gave me that as well..Bank manager called me...I explained and she gave positive report to the Backend team yet they blocked my account...
 
Payments to Indus CC don't work with Park+, SBI Unipay, or UCO BBPS. Is there an alternate to make payments on Indus CC using IDFC DC to earn rewards?
