Welcome points is only eligible if no transaction is done on debit card prior to 14th july whereas i have used it before too

I too have used before and got welcome bonus on June 26th, 2023.
I did 2-3 txn using debit card before 14 and sent email to idfc cc team and attached the welcome letter which came along with debit card... Which say you will receive rewards points on first txn of more than 1000 ... Ticket Is open and waiting for their response...
As that letter does not say anything about 14 July... so I hope i should get welcome rewards points
I received my wealth debit card in mid June i think...
So let's see what happens...

Oh, I have the classic card. Waiting for my ticket to be resolved. Will request for platinum card if they say that classic doesn't earn points.

Can you share the photo of the welcome letter. Of course, blur the private details.
My address got changed so I couldn't get the welcome letter. I had to block that card, got address updated and then I got a new card.
