Maid? 😆Did you dictate the text and the speech recognition substituted the wrong word? 🤣

Doesn't their reward structure look totally not attractive and unrewarding? No rewards for the first 20K / 1L (Select) /1.5L (Wealth) / 2L (Private)? Why not? There are many whose spends don't cross 50K on a single card if they have multiple rewarding credit and debit cards. They would just use another DC which gives rewards from the first ₹1 spent. Also no mention of any upper caps.

Their system is so arbitrary. Too difficult to understand their algorithm for reward points. Has anyone been able to figure it out?

Nope, got some points but not sure for which transactions and at what rate. Certainly haven't got points for some transactions yet and not sure if it's because of some MCC exclusions or their faulty system.

Got points for 2nd and 3rd aug txns. But total available points is more than what i earned. Anyone else faced the same that your available points is more than what you earned. I earned nearly 9k and balance before was 100 points now available points is nearly 17k

Yeah just now received points for 2nd August paytm cc Billpay. 3X points given as per Select card. So it's working for Paytm I guess.

Update 1) Got points for transactions from 1 August ‘23 till 3 August ‘23 transactions. Payments include cc bills through Paytm and Cred.
Update 2) I haven’t gotten points for transactions from 18 July ‘23 till 31 July ‘23.

P.S. : I hold the IDFC first wealth Debit card.

they should be applicable for all redemptions but we are not getting charged. GO AHEAD ND REDEEM all your points before they fix it and charges become applicable.
