Patience. It takes time to send new users details and get them into Rewards Portal.

Hi everyone, earlier I was getting "Retail" merchant name while using idfc dc on canara setu app, but now i am getting "Retail Cc Mum". Is this merchant eligible for reward points?
I was getting retail cc mum for transaction made on 3rd Feb but again yesterday I got retail.

Also on otp getting RETAIL CC for both of the transaction.

On an unrelated note (since many here have the wealth credit card as well), I made a jewelry purchase of 47500 this week with my First wealth credit card. They've credited me 950 points for the whole purchase, which makes absolutely zero sense. As far as I know, gold/jewelry purchase is not excluded in the base reward spends.

You get 10x Reward Points after cumulative spends of 50k in a calendar month.

Since you haven't crossed 50k spends, you will only get base reward points. So, everything is technically correct in your case.

Jewellery is not an excluded category for the wealth credit card. It will earn 3 RPs per 150 spent on the first ₹ 20,000 spent and 10 RPs per 150 spent for spends above ₹20,000.

The points you have earned is as follows:
First 20K: 20,000/150*3 = 400
Remaining 27K (base): 27,000/150*3 = 540
Total Base RP = 940 (seems in line with what you got)

Now for the bonus RP:
For 27K: 27,000/150*7 = 1,260

My best guess is that this bonus will be credited on the statement date.

Yes, bonus rewards will be credited with statement generation. Recently made of transaction of around 3,00,000/- on gold and got the base and bonus rewards.
