why are they not providing txn wise points... it's not possible to remember/track manually for me. I am not sure whether I got any points for 1st bill payment in april and other txns in april as I don't remember my points balance

Many ppl including me have still not got the welcome points for February transaction yet using firstap dc.... I raised this complaint and got the reply.... Those who have got their points will be reversed...someone had already mentioned that his points were reversed

Nothing gets reversed in IDFC. I received my points in early March across two accounts, and I know others who got theirs at the end of March.

I'm not sure why their points were reversed. I’ve already claimed mine and have never heard of IDFC reversing points. Also, I’ve never been charged any redemption fee or the Firstap ₹99+GST till date. Let’s see how it goes.

Even I have not been charged the issuance fee of Rs 99 plus gst till date... But it seems idfc has resolved the glitch due to which u got two welcome points... We aren't supposed to get it

After the upgrade, it is very difficult to keep track of points. The best option is to redeem them as soon as you have collected a significant amount.

I think savings has no referral benefits. Only CC has.

Yes, they have removed referral benefits of ₹250/referral for Savings Account in Jan 2025. Now they only give ₹500 equivalent to 2000 Points for a successful CC referral.

I did a small trxn of 475 rs. My earlier points were 16743 and instantly I got points for the trxn and points now are 16755. So for trxns instant points are working.

However for monthly bill payment 250 points, I am not getting instantly or otherwise.

I got points instantly for monthly bill payment as well.

You are concerned about 250 RPs whereas I didn't get almost 10K RPs till now for the txns done on 21st Mar. With IDFC, it's better to wait and see instead of getting desperate.

You need to raise a request for manual credit of points

I am more concerned abt the fact that we aren't able to track what we are getting for what.
